How do I pay?
We understand how important security and privacy are when purchasing on line. For this reason we have chosen to use the Pay Pal system as it has proved to be the most secure method of online shopping.
Is it safe to give you my personal details?
We never disclose our customers' details to any third parties. PayPal will never under any circumstances disclose to us any of your card details. Please see our 'Privacy' page for full details of our Privacy Policy.
What currency do you use?
All items on our website are priced in Euros and you will be billed in Euros. The amount that you actually pay (other than in Euros) will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed. However, for your convenience we have added the Sterling equivalent (£) alongside the Euros price for use as a guide only. This price is updated on each banking day and must only be used as a guide. Therefore, the actual sterling amount that appears on your credit card or bank statement may not be exactly the same.
What if something I want to buy is showing as out of stock?
We aim to keep every item in stock throughout the season. However if there is something you want which is temporarily out of stock please email us at info@bijouxboulevard.com and we will let you know when we expect the product to be back in stock again.
Can I purchase a gift for someone else and have it sent directly to them?
In the interest of security the ordered product(s) can only be sent to the address of the cardholder.
What if I don't like the product that I have bought when it arrives?
Every effort has been made to ensure that the description and sizes are as accurate as possible and only relate to imitation jewellery. However if you are not happy with your purchase please refer to the 'Returns and Refunds' section within the 'Terms and Conditions'. Please note that in the interest of hygiene we are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings other than if the goods are faulty. If the earrings are contained within a set then the set also cannot be returned.
How often will you add new items to your website?
We know that if you love jewellery as much as we do then you will want to see more and more! Please revisit our website regularly as we will add new and exciting products throughout the season.
How much will postage and packing cost?
All prices of the products are quoted in Euros but excludes delivery charges. Delivery charges are quoted separately and will be added to your order before you are prompted to pay. Our standard postage and packing charge for all orders sent by first class mail is 4.00 euros. Please note that our delivery charge is a set charge and covers any number of items within your order which are ordered and despatched at the same time. The above cost of postage and packing is for orders sent from France by first class mail. If you would prefer to have your order despatched from France by Colissimo (special delivery), which will enable you to track your order from despatch through to receipt, we can give you a separate quotation upon request to info@bijouxboulevard.com quoting the item reference number(s) concerned.
How soon will I receive my order?
Orders will be despatched within 7 days and will be sent by first class mail (unless you request a special delivery - see Delivery section within Terms and Conditions). If we are provided with an incorrect or incomplete address or postal code it is unlikely that your order will reach you. The parcel will normally be returned to the sender, i.e. Bijoux Boulevard. If this occurs, it will be up to you the customer to pay another postal charge to enable us to resend the order. We will only resend the order once the original parcel has been returned to us undamaged.
Can I track my order if I want to?
Yes you can. Just click on the link in the 'thank you' email which we will send you once you have completed your purchase. Alternatively, you can log in to your bbAccount on this website and trace your order from there.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Every item is checked thoroughly and packed securely prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged in transit please email us at info@bijouxboulevard.com within 3 days of receipt giving us as much information as possible regarding the fault. You will be given a reference number to quote in all correspondence relating to the return and will be required to return the product in the original condition (with all labels attached) and will be asked if you require a refund or replacement. Please refer to the 'Returns and Refunds' section within the 'Terms and Conditions' for further details.
