Terms and Conditions
By placing and order with Bijoux Boulevard you will be agreeing to
the following Terms and Conditions:
- Disclaimer
- Bijoux Boulevard has made every effort to showcase the jewellery on its website as accurately as possible and all descriptions only relate to imitation jewellery. Most products are displayed with sizes/lengths as well as descriptions and colour photographs of the products. However, we are aware that colours may vary slightly depending on the monitor that they are viewed on.
- Delivery
- Bijoux Boulevard plan to keep every item in stock during the season. If, however, an item is out of stock, Bijoux Boulevard will advise the availability of the product upon request.
- All orders (in stock) will be despatched within 7 working days from date of payment and will be sent by first class mail. It is you, the customers responsibility to provide a full and correct address and postal code. Bijoux Boulevard cannot be held responsible for the non arrival of an order if an incorrect or incomplete address is given. If the address given is incorrect or incomplete, it is unlikely that it will reach it's destination and will normally be returned to the sender ie. Bijoux Boulevard. If this is the case, it will be up to the customer to pay the cost of another postal charge to enable the order to be resent. Bijoux Boulevard will only resend the order once the original parcel has been returned to us undamaged.
- All prices of the products are quoted in Euros but excludes delivery charges. Delivery charges are quoted seperately and will be added to your order before you are prompted to pay. Our standard postage and packing charge for all orders sent by first class mail is 4.00 euros.
- Please note that our delivery charge is a set charge and covers any number of items within your order which are ordered and despatched at the same time. The above cost of packaging is for orders sent from France by first class mail. If you prefer to have your order despatched from France by 'Colissimo' (special delivery), which will enable you to track your order from despatch through to receipt, we can give you a seperate quotation upon request to info@bijouxboulevard.com quoting the item reference number(s) concerned.
- If you choose to have your order sent by first class mail you can still track the progress of your order to the point of despatch by clicking on the link in the 'thank you' email which we will send you once you have completed your purchase. This will take you to a page on our website where the current status of your order will be displayed.
- Payment.
- All orders on our website are priced in Euros and you will be billed in Euros. The amount that you actually pay (other than in Euros) will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed. However for your convenience we have added the sterling equivalent (£) alongside the Euros price for use as a guide only. This price is updated on each banking day and must only be used as a guide. Therefore, the actual sterling amount that appears on your credit card or bank statement may not be exactly the same.
- Returns and refunds
- If you are not satisfied with your order upon receipt, you may return the unworn product to us in perfect condition with all labels intact within a 14 working days 'cooling off period' beginning the day after receipt. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned in the interest of hygiene (please see clause 11 below). You will be given a refund for the cost of the product purchased but the cost of the postage and packing paid to have the order sent to you is non refundable. You are required to email us at info@bijouxboulevard.com(stating the item reference number) within the 14 day 'cooling off period' to inform us of your intention to return the goods to us and you will be given a reference number to quote in all correspondence.
- The refund or exchange can only be actioned once the goods have been returned by you and received by Bijoux Boulevard. The cost and method used to return the product to us for a refund or an exchange is your responsibility. Bijoux Boulevard cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are intended to be returned to us but that are lost in transit and strongly recommend that you send your return by a secure and guaranteed method.
- Any returns must be sent to the following address: Bijoux Boulevard, 23 Château de Charras, 16380 Charras, France.
- Please note that in the interest of hygiene we are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings other than if the goods are faulty. If the earrings are contained within a set, then the set also cannot be returned.
- In the unlikely event that the item that you have purchased arrives faulty, please email us at info@bijouxboulevard.com within 3 days of receipt giving us as much information as possible regarding the fault. You will be given a reference number to quote in all correspondence relating to the return and will be asked if you require a refund or replacement.
- Please allow 3 working days from receipt of return to Bijoux Boulevard for the refund to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming what has been done. This e-mail will be sent to the original e-mail address as per the original order request. You will then receive an e-mail from Paypal to confirm that the transaction has been completed.
- If you have requested a replacement, please allow 5 working days from the receipt of the return for us to process the exchange. On despatch of your exchange, Bijoux Boulevard will send you a confirmation email.
- Amendment of content
- Bijoux Boulevard reserves the right to amend or remove any part(s) of the contents displayed on any page of the Bijoux Boulevard website.
